Our start
We began in 2005 with a small team of resource engineers in Havant. The work was direct, the waste was obvious, and the fixes were measurable.
About Blake Leverage Ltd
We help Hampshire firms use less, waste less, and keep the work moving. Blake Leverage Ltd started with resource engineers who wanted practical answers, and it still runs on that same habit.
We began in 2005 with a small team of resource engineers in Havant. The work was direct, the waste was obvious, and the fixes were measurable.
We map how time, materials, and energy are used, then show where losses sit. That gives leaders a clear plan before they spend on change.
Our method is plain. We assess current use, agree the quickest fixes, and stay close while the changes go in. By 2010 we had our first national contract. In 2015 we launched a sustainability division, and in 2023 we added circular economy consulting for teams that need tighter loops and less spill.
"Why did we choose Blake Leverage Ltd? Because their team found wasted capacity in the first review and put numbers on every fix. The plan was clear, and the savings held." Raghini Vreme, Head of Facilities, South Coast manufacturing group
That sort of feedback matters. It means the work is still paying off after the meeting ends.
Send the basics. We read every enquiry and answer from West Lane, Havant.
Lead Strategist
Alex shapes the first plan and keeps it practical. Short meetings, clear numbers, no drift.
He cares about plans that people can use on Monday morning. If a fix needs a long explanation, it is usually the wrong fix.
Sustainability Director
Morgan looks for changes that last beyond the first quarter. The aim is lower waste with less friction.
Their rule is simple. If a team cannot keep the change in place without constant chasing, the design is weak.
Operations Analyst
Riley turns site data into plain actions. The numbers are checked, traced, and kept readable.
Riley likes useful detail. The best report is the one a manager can open, trust, and act on quickly.
